Christopher Luongo-Zink, LMHC

Welcome to my practice! My name is Christopher Luongo-Zink, LMHC and I'm a licensed mental health counselor working in the Boston area. I like to take a holistic approach with my clients while helping them to cultivate true and meaningful change in their lives.  I find most success by utilizing a warm person-centered approach and a mix of various modalities, in which I have extensively trained. I primarily work with adults and older individuals and love to help reconnect my clients to their values in a held space.

I am also a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist and a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provider through the medical provider Journey Clinical.  These innovative treatments have shown incredible success helping individuals with treatment resistent depression and post traumatic stress disorder, as well as bringing a greater sense of connection in one's life.
